On-line Security
We care about the security of private information you provide to Alzheimer's Awareness Source. We use 128-bit SSL encryption to ensure security of your data. Information is encrypted prior to being stored. Our servers are physically located in a monitored, highly secure data center, with strict physical and electronic controls to prevent unauthorized access to data.
Ordering and Payment Options
You have three options for placing an order with Alzheimer's Awareness Source -

All payments must be in US dollars.
There will be a $25 service fee on checks that do not have sufficient funds available at the time they are processed by you bank.
Ordering Instructions
Ordering online is easy and safe but if you do not want to use our shopping cart you can place your order via fax or mail or phone.For Fax and Mail orders please print and use our order form on our website. Be sure the order includes everything required so that your order is not delayed due to missing information.
If you live in Georgia we must also collect sales tax based on the subtotal prior to shipping and handling.
Checks and money orders should be made out to Alzheimer's Awareness Source.
If are paying by credit card provide your Visa or Mastercard information: cardholder's name and billing address; the card number and the three-digit verification code on the back of the card, and the expiration date. We also need the ship to name, address and phone number.
Charging your Credit Card
We will not charge your credit card until the date we ship your merchandise. Backordered items will not be charged to your card until the item is shipped.Sales Tax

Standard shipping within the continental United States: Most orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. Occasionally additional time is necessary.Standard shipping and handling rate schedule via ground:

Expedited shipping and handling is available for an additional fee.
Next Day $25 PLUS standard shipping and handling.
2nd Day $20 PLUS standard shipping and handling.
Please remember that next day and 2nd day shipping are based on business days.
Shipping costs may be adjusted due to shipper price increases. You will be notified prior to shipping if your shipping cost is different for that listed above.
Product Availability
At times a product is not available at the time of ordering due to overwhelming demand or a manufacturing delay. We will always try to let you know when the product will be available. We apologize for any inconvenience a shipment delay may cause. Alzheimer's Awareness Source will not charge your card until the item is shipped.Returns & Exchanges
Contact Alzheimer's Awareness Source by email at service@alzawareness.com or phone us at 770-528-9045 prior to returning any item.Returns cannot be accepted without prior authorization. We will issue you a Return Authorization for all returns. Items must be returned to us within 10 days of the date you received them. Special order items cannot be returned. As soon as your return is received by Alzheimer's Awareness Source a refund will be issued for items received according to terms. Shipping charges are not refundable unless the items shipped to you were defective or incorrect. You must return the items in the same condition and packaging with which you received them. Please be sure to package the items securely as we cannot issue a refund for product damaged or lost during shipping.
Please note that clearance items are considered final sales and are nonrefundable.
